At PunePay, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all your travel bookings and utility payments. Since we offer a wide range of services including flights, hotels, bus bookings, and utility recharges, our refund and cancellation policies vary based on the specific service provided.
1. Utility Payments & Recharges
Successful Transactions: Once a mobile recharge, DTH top-up, or utility bill payment is successfully processed by the service provider, it is generally non-refundable.
Failed Transactions: In the event that money is debited from your account but the transaction fails to complete, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 business days.
2. Travel Bookings (Flights, Hotels & Bus)
Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be submitted through the PunePay Digital platform
Service Provider Policies: Refunds for travel services are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the respective airlines, hotels, or bus operators.
Convenience Fees: Please note that PunePay convenience fees charged at the time of booking are typically non-refundable.
3. Processing Refunds
Timeline: Once a refund is approved, it usually takes 7–10 working days to reflect in your bank account or original payment method.
Refund Method: All refunds will be credited back to the original source of payment used during the transaction.
4. How to Request a Refund
